Big Idea: Paul wraps up this section of Romans, showing that all of humanity is declared guilty before God, without excuse, and in desperate need of Jesus.
The law declares that the whole world is guilty of sin.
The law reveals that there is nothing we can do to change that verdict.
Ironically, our brokenness can make our desperate need for Jesus difficult to accept.
